Wendy & Lisa - Score ComposersGet ready for the Girl Bros! This dynamic duo has been composing together for decades, and Heroes wouldn't be the same without them. In our exclusive interview, they discuss what they'll be performing at Heroes for Autism, the "needle-drop" songs and how they fit (or don't) into the show, the somewhat ill-fated first Heroes soundtrack CD, and more: "We have not reused one cue in the three seasons that we’ve done. We can’t, because each scene is so specifically composed that if you reuse anything you won’t be hitting the right spots on the characters. So when we go in and listen to the cues when we’re trying to spot the episode, they’ve inevitably thrown a cue in there that works but it’s for the wrong character. So we haven’t reused, and we’ve never wanted to. On Crossing Jordan we were able to repurpose some romantic cues, but again, on this show we don’t, and also I think it helps keep the integrity of the feeling we had from the first season." |

Chris Haston - Set PhotographerChris Haston isn't a well-known name on the Heroes crew, but as a Set Photographer his work is some of the most visible -- you've seen it in episode promos, ads, and other publicity materials for the show. When off-set, however, his photography continues in the form of his own projects, including Riding With Mary. Some of these images are included in the Heroes for Autism charity auction event. Chris took a few minutes to chat with us about his job on Heroes and HFA: "The whole cast is amazing. One of my all-time favorites is Zach Quinto, who plays Sylar. He’s a rock star, and just the nicest guy. For being such a hardcore killer, he’s the nicest guy, he’s one of my favorites. I love Hayden, she’s like everybody’s little sister. Milo and I talk photography all the time – he’s a very established, amazing photographer." |

Greg Cohen - Heroes for AutismBy the end of 2008, Greg Cohen, camera assistant on NBC’s Heroes, photographer, and curator, felt invincible, like he could take on anything. He had just produced his own wedding and he had witnessed America come together and make the proclamation of “Yes we can!” by electing President Barack Obama. The next question to Cohen is what should he, a man who is now gifted with the ability to do anything and not fail, do? |

David Lawrence - Eric Doyle (Puppetmaster)He may be creepy on Heroes, but in person David Lawrence is absolutely delightful to talk to. In this interview with the creepy "Puppetmaster" Eric Doyle himself, he talks about his serious geek cred, his love of radio, and what it was like to audition for the show: "I was hooked on Heroes from the first moment that Masi Oka was trying to get the second hand on the clock to go backwards. I was, from the very first episode, a huge fan. And I had also crossed it off my list of any show I would ever have any potential of being booked on, because the first thing I noticed about these people is that they are among the most beautiful people ever to populate a science fiction show." |

Robert Forster - Arthur PetrelliWe had the honor of interviewing the legendary Oscar-nominated actor Robert Forster, AKA Arthur Petrelli himself! He was absolutely delightful to talk to, and shared stories not just of what it was like to work on Heroes, but about his long and varied career in television and movies: "I knew well that [Heroes] was a hit, a phenomenon of some sort, but I didn’t know much about it. So I had a long conversation with Tim Kring and Dennis Hammer. They had sent me some episodes in which the father was referred to, and I had a long talk with them trying to glean what kind of character this was. When I asked whether he was a good guy or a bad guy, there was a long pause..." |
